Return Policy

At Tyrepublic, we are committed to customer satisfaction and product integrity. To ensure fairness and maintain our high quality standards, we have established the following return policy:

Eligibility for Returns

1. Unmounted Tyres
   Customers may return unmounted tyres within 5 calendar days of the delivery or purchase date. Tyres must be in new, unused condition, with no signs of wear, installation, or damage.

2. Mounted Tyres
   Tyres that have been mounted (installed on a rim or fitted on a vehicle) cannot be returned under any circumstance. Mounting a tyre is considered usage and voids eligibility for return.

3. Stickered Tyres (e.g., Michelin, Bridgestone)
   Certain brands, including Michelin and Bridgestone, feature factory-applied authentication or quality control stickers. Tyres from these brands cannot be returned if the sticker has been removed or tampered with, even if unmounted. The sticker is part of our verification process to ensure the tyre has not been used or altered in any way.

General Return Conditions

• All returns must be authorized by our team. Please contact our customer service via email or phone before sending back any items.

• Tyres must be returned in their original packaging, with all labels and documentation intact.

• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a Tyrepublic error (e.g., incorrect item delivered).

• Once the returned tyres are received and inspected, a refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Tyres that do not meet our return criteria will not be refunded and may be returned to the customer at their cost.

Non-Returnable Items

• Mounted or used tyres

• Tyres with removed, missing, or tampered factory stickers (especially Michelin and Bridgestone)

• Tyres returned after the 5-day return window
